para combatir el delito de maltrato animal, en enero de 2025 la Fiscal\u00eda de Distrito Zona Norte, a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad Especializada en la Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos contra la Paz, rescat\u00f3 13 mascotas en cuatro domicilios en donde los ten\u00edan en condiciones de abandono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las indagatorias ministeriales por el delito de maltrato animal permitieron obtener las \u00f3rdenes de cateo con las que se ingres\u00f3 a las viviendas para poner a salvo 12 perros y un gato, animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda que fueron puestos bajo resguardo del Centro de Rescate Animal del Municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las intervenciones se llevaron a cabo el 17 de enero, en el domicilio n\u00famero 1565 de la calle Puerto Altamira, en la colonia Tierra Nueva, en Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, en donde se asegur\u00f3 un canino de la raza Husky., y en el domicilio marcado con el n\u00famero 522 de la calle Francisco Cu\u00e9llar en el fraccionamiento Villa Colonial se rescataron dos canes de la raza Pitbull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 24 de enero se ejecut\u00f3 un cateo en la vivienda marcada con el n\u00famero 5033 de la calle Costa de Valencia del fraccionamiento Parajes de San Jos\u00e9, en donde se asegur\u00f3 un canino mestizo y otro de la raza Pitbull.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma fecha, pero en la calle R\u00edo Potomac n\u00famero 4813-102 de la colonia Fovissste Chamizal, se aseguraron 07 caninos mestizos y un gato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contin\u00faan las indagatorias ministeriales para el esclarecimiento de actos que constituyen el delito de maltrato
