Seg\u00fan los primeros informes, la v\u00edctima cay\u00f3 en la noria y qued\u00f3 inconsciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un intento por ayudar, un polic\u00eda municipal de Rosales ingres\u00f3 al lugar y tambi\u00e9n perdi\u00f3 el conocimiento. Ante la situaci\u00f3n, se solicit\u00f3 ayuda al rescate urbano de la Cruz Roja Delicias, cuyos param\u00e9dicos acudieron r\u00e1pidamente al lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los rescatistas lograron sacar al elemento municipal de la noria, quien fue valorado en la ambulancia y afortunadamente logr\u00f3 sobrevivir. Sin embargo, la persona que cay\u00f3 inicialmente en la noria falleci\u00f3 en el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unidades de emergencia de Delicias y Rosales se presentaron en el sitio para levantar las actas correspondientes y realizar las investigaciones necesarias para determinar las causas del incidente.
